She has an obligation to not disclose any classified material. She cannot make statements on behalf of the government without approvals from supervisory officials. But her service was terminated... she no longer speaks for the Trump administration... she is allowed to say whatever she wants (as far as the NDA).

That said, she may face criminal charges for violation National Security Policy by taking a recording device into a "SCIF" (Sensitive compartmented information facility). I have to believe that the White House Situation room qualifies as a SCIF.

OTOH... if she didn't have any clearance herself... and was a guest of Gen Kelly, she may avoid the charges by claiming that she was not properly warned or that the conversation was not classified.

That's pretty weak... but then this isn't like she was recording military movements or nuclear codes in there.
