I think we all know he'll be pardoned, if found guilty. But it's important that the jury finds guilt. It sounds like the evidence is there, so I'm hoping. Although...this is complicated stuff for ordinary Americans. A good prosecution can connect the dots, though, so I hope....

There is always the chance they know there is at least one member of the jury who will not vote to convict. A hung jury would require a second trial, where the defense will claim political persecution. If Trump fires Mueller, there would be no second trial.

2. They must figure their best defense is arguing that the prosecution didn't prove their case.

It's also possible a juror has been bought off or threatened. Putin has a long reach.
