I'm rather curious.

It exists. It isn't affiliated with Twitter at all but it is a very real thing. I guess this is more of a heads up and a PSA than anything else but before any of you get any ideas about joining another social media site, especially ones that are all the rage, you all may wish to avoid this one.

Let's take a look at the Wiki description for this site which has 100s of 1000s users shall we?

Gab is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based social networking service formerly based in Austin, Texas.[5][1] It was created as an alternative to Twitter and promotes itself as supporting free speech.[6] It allows its users to read and write messages of up to 300 characters, called "gabs". The site also offers multimedia functionality.

Gab has been described as a platform for white supremacists and the alt-right.

What a wonderful place beaming and filled with flowers, rainbows and all things happy! Not.

Just be aware I guess is what I am trying to say. In this day and age, the wolves are often dressed up in sheep's clothing.
