If he did it before midterms all hell would break loose. If the GOP holds the House and Senate he would be more likely to do it. He could install his unqualified kids, friends, Mar a Lago members, and anyone willing to pledge loyalty and make donations to his campaign to government positions of power and get GOP approval. If you're referring to a security clearance personally held by tRaitor tRump, in actuality, he doesn't have one. Security clearances are not required for the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices, or other constitutional officers
