Trump is deliberately trying to incite a civil war in the US.
I know this is a topic in several threads but I'd like to posit how I see it.
The timing is likely before the mid-terms. The purpose is to tear at the fabric of society and weaken the rule of law. A state of emergency would need to called. Alliances such as NATO will feel the pressure and Putin is already building it up on them. The benefactors are dump-like criminals including oligarchs from this country and abroad. The military (including National Guard) is an unknown but I think they can be nullified for the most part. Putin and others will feel much more comfortable loosing their dogs of war on a country that is in internal turmoil. There won't be enough hospitals, morgues, cemeteries to hold the results of the carnage. Thanks, repuglicons!

1. I agree
that he is trying to start a civil war but I envision a different trajectory beyond that.

4. I am hoping
that a less violent resolves occurs. I can't say I'm going to be correct in the end, I just envision that we have a more intelligent and civil resolve before we decline into civil war. I think that drastic end can be averted but it will take a national effort to do it.

2. conspiracies are 99.99% conspriracies and this is no different.
Trump is just being trump and why putin saw his easy way to bring america down. The money people in america will not stand for an annihilation of our stock market nor the 10's of millions of americans invested. Nor the 10's of millions of retirees or military people who know what fascism and dictators look like.
I leave the conspiracy stuff to Alex Jones and we should be more concern about what each one of us are going to do to get people to vote this november then handwrining and be distracted by nonsense |

5. The people who became his base
neve stopped fighting the FIRST civil war. Now that they have a leader, they are convinced they are winning.
I think the most crucial point will be when he IS removed from office. His base will see at as a coup, particularly if force is involved (I don't see him leaving quietly) and as the last stand. I still have faith they won't be successful, but the attempt could get real messy for a whole lot of people. |

11. Even if we remove him at the polls
His base will cry foul - illegals and dead people voting, Dems voting twice, hacking by Soros & Co, the deep state...yada, yada, yada. They have already started ramping that up. During the 16 campaign he said he might not except the outcome of the election. Do you honestly think he will in 20?

12. Trump's Deplorable cultists will recede from public view in great
numbers after the blue wave takes the House. Trump's behavior afterwards, will be such an embarrassment, Fox News will be forced to ratchet down their rigid support.
A Trump double digit loss in the 2020 elections will follow. |

8. Good post
Would think this is big time for Putin going into November, with Republican grassroots election fraud help.
Suspect traitortrump, who wasn't going to 'concede' to Hillary if she won, will do almost everything possible to turn due processes upside down. A big factor will be the news cycles until Election Day and there effect on organized resistance moves and public opinion. |

13. I don't think the race war is going to happen as long as most establishments and media
do the exact opposite of Trump. I would assume minorities know what he is up do and that it would be counter productive, especially with most businesses firing the racists when it comes out what they have done.
