I'm looking forward to Obama's eulogy at McCain's funeral. America needs a great speech from him.

He won't attack Trump, and he doesn't need to. His grace and eloquence will be more than enough. The man knows how to rise to the occasion.

One of his all time great speeches was his Philadelphia's speech on race from 2008. This is just a snippet of it. FF to 6:49 for the best part:

Some friendly advice to George W. Bush. Don't follow Obama. Go first.

We could all use some inspiration right now, not to mention some intelligence and compassion.

'Yes We Can'- level stuff.
It will be fun to watch the network heads visibly miss him, and trash trump as an outlet for their pain lol.

Your advice to Jr is well considered...If Obama goes first, the viewers will be able to trace a direct line from President Cheney to pResidebt Trump...and that won't be good for Jrs 'legacy' AT ALL.

The groundwork was laid long before he got anywhere near the White House. The republican party wooed extremists to get their votes for years, sowed division everywhere they could, and decided that lying and cheating was acceptable, if the end result was winning.

No price was too high if it meant winning, until it was.

Next week Graham will return to his new dwelling in Trump's ass and forget McCain ever existed
