... by letting them save other lives as their final act.

I've known parents who had to make the choice, and it's hard even when you know it's right or what they wanted.

I hope the other family finds peace someday, and that Sofia and possibly seven other (likely) children whose lives are saved have successful surgeries and fast recoveries!
