... very similar to the shafting Al Franken got. Stab them in the back when they look the other way. Make a mountain out of a moe hill, discredit them with trumped up spurious charges, then toss them in the trash heap and ruin their careers.

Kinda like Acorn and Planned Parenthood were dragged through the mud by Project Veritas. Then after the fact it was determined to be little more than a Right Wing smear campaign to dismantle and bring harm to organizations that help POC and middle class and lower class women who need assistance to negotiate the political maze.

The Right Wing gleefully tosses these folks under the bus, marginalizes and destroys them - and the Left Wing factions look the other way and quite often unjustifiably run over them a second time with the progressive bus causing further damage and injury to our political cause.
