participants are going to go full Roberts Rules and go gonzo on procedural gymnastics and more. They wont let us down.

2. in the end, confirmation can not be stopped unless 3-4 GOP senators reject him and that just is not

likely as they lack the guts BUT using this appointment will be our rally cry in NOV, in 2020 and 2022 and perhaps we can see 67 democratic senators who then can do something about trump's court picks

3. A criminal cant pick two supreme court judges...for life.

1/2 of one branch of govt cant stop the other two. We are effectively over with if that happens. But hey, those Manchin defenders etc. Any excuse to keep the guy, and he votes against us. He better do the right thing and you never know what will happen on the vote.
