Hope in small town Missouri

Every labor day our small town (pop. 409) has a 3 day fair. Part of the festivities includes scarecrow contest that kids make scarecrows and people vote on the best. Here is one that gave me hope and all the people here that thought it was funny. [IMG][/IMG] ( I tried to turn image)
