(7,429 posts)I was lucky to be an extra in BL Stryker back in the late 80's early 90's. He was such a kind man to all of the students that were there for the show. He took each of us aside (at least 30 of us) and took pictures with us. He made me smile and he made me laugh.
He was such a great teacher of theatre and it was my pleasure to get to know him.
Rest in Peace Burt - you will be missed

(4,459 posts)... Tuscaloosa when I lived there. I got to personally meet him and Sally Fields. He was really a cool guy. On top of the world at the time but not an asshole about it. Sally was genuinely awesome. I was 17. Still have that crush on her.
