8. It could be her husband wrote it

And she signed it. So she can say under oath she did not write it.

Morning Joe pins NYT op-ed on Kellyanne Conway: She wants a TV job — and she’s trying to take down Pence

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/09/morning-joe-pins-nyt-op-ed-kellyanne-conway-wants-tv-job-shes-trying-take-pence/

“Credit where credit is due,” Heilemann said. “Charlie Pierce on Esquire.com yesterday, he suggested his wife, who is probably very perspicacious, she detected a feminine tone in the op-ed, and she suggested it was Kellyanne Conway, and I had not even contemplated that.”

Heilemann said he had first suspected Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence, but found himself persuaded by the theory laid out by Pierce.

“The more you think about it, the more Kellyanne Conway makes some sense,” Heilemann said. “She’s very cagey, she’s the kind of person who would find out that Mike Pence used the word ‘lodestar’ a lot and put it in to try to pin it on Mike Pence.”

“If you think about the double act doing with her husband, trying to set herself up to the be Carville and Matalin of the future, this is a good hedge against Trump failing,” he added. “She would be the kind of person who would want to come out after Trump failed and say, ‘You know what? I was working on the inside the whole time.'”

in any TV job - after having to listen to her in her role of defending Trump. In my mind she has no credibility and I can't see how she would make the transition to a credible TV personality after her WH stint with Trump.

We have a deranged and incompetent president while a secret, unelected cabal is running our country. It doesn't get much more horrifying than that!

She is cagy and media-savvy enough to plan it. She used Pence’s words to deflect from herself. I don’t think she was one of the ones who raced to deny it yesterday.

12. What REALLY builds a case for this...

...is Heilemann's comment, “If you think about the double act doing with her husband, trying to set herself up to the be Carville and Matalin of the future, this is a good hedge against Trump failing,”

When you think about it, that's not a tinfoil hat assertion at all...it makes perfect sense.

I was never a fan of the Carville / Matalin sideshow...I found it to be extremely annoying.

But think about it...this is her game, this is how she rolls.

Neither one of us could find a way to rule her out, especially since her husband is an open critic of PINO.

Her pronouncement in public that her own husband's actions were inappropriate and disrespectful could be pre-emptive cover.

That said, we both also believe that this came from more than one person, and just one person put their name on it.

So, even if it is her, it's not ONLY her.

if its her it shows it is self serving.

i have been saying how Conways reputation has gone down.

how she was supposed to have many good tv, book, etc offers when it was thought trump would lose. she was given credit for her tv appearances.

but now she has turned into a joke. ther whole thing with her husband is mostly about saving their reputation and future career.

And does anyone remember how she talked about “handling” trump like a pre-schooler during the campaign? She would give him two choices, just like a mom of four would know how to do!
