Kavanaugh Would Make "Personhood" Constitutional & The Law Of The Land.
I "personhood" becomes constitutional under this POTUS everything would change for women dramatically. About the only forms of birth control left would be condoms or abstinence. The "Handmaid's Tale" would then be pretty much a reality. The justice system would then have to police the reproduction activities of the public. Women would be singled out in particular. Every failed pregnancy would have to be scrutinized for criminality. We could not imagine how stark the situation in the US would get.
And we would see the return of adultery laws and sex laws. Cohabitation could become illegal and sex outside of marriage would be suspect. Of course, if you are a Republican or someone favored or rich the authorities would look the other. way. Even divorce could be regulated or disappear. We would go back to "fault" divorce.
I could be overspeaking the horrors to come because the religious right would have their way. And their mostly secret desires would become out n the open. Then it would be too late.
In the end discrimination, persecution and outlawing would return to the LGBT community. The aim is to drive homosexuality out of our society using the justice system. Then we would look like Nazi Germany in that regard. If you look at the context of Obama's speech he slammed by inference the GOP for NOT calling the Nazis just like Trump.
