for review.

11. An inquiry could be initiated, but is very unlikely.

As I said, it will be received and then dismissed out of hand. While such documents look very official and legal and all that, they almost never lead to any action by the courts or the justice department.

The most that will happen is that it will be referred to the Justice Department and reviewed. Then it will be dismissed and nothing will happen. Judge Garland will likely never read it.
