The Democratic Coalition has filed a criminal complaint for perjury against President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The complaint was filed with the Department of Justice and will also be filed by in the D.C. District Court on Monday.

And, as with everything in Washington these days, the perjury complaint comes with a twist.

The judge reviewing the Kavanaugh perjury complaint is none other than Merrick Garland...............................................


According to Vox, who spoke to four legal scholars on the Kavanaugh perjury kerfuffle, the perjury complaint is unlikely to go far.

10. No, the complaint will be dismissed as they have no standing

to file a criminal complaint.

This group has done this numerous times and each time, it's been dismissed.
