he plays full time and stays away from official time in executive altogether. That way he can't cause further damage.

They could have bought several carts for a fraction of the cost.

Not that I think any cost is worth covering his gold times.

3. Grifter's gotta grift.

If there's one type of person you don't want to trust, it's a grifter: someone who cheats others out of money. Grifters are also known as chiselers, defrauders, gougers, scammers, swindlers, and flim-flam men. Selling a bridge and starting a Ponzi scheme are things a grifter might do.

The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation . . . and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.
