on MSNBC yesterday (I think)... that in addition to sending the hospital ship, the military should have pre-positioned hundreds of helicopters in anticipation of the hurricane hitting PR and then flown them in to distribute food, medicine, generators, drinking water, and to evacuate the seriously ill and hurt.

For your next one, you can explain why he doesn’t want Americans to have money for rescue or infrastructure.

Cause you know he knows what the Coast Guard, Seabees, FEMA, and others can do. They all know. Next week they’ll pretend North Carolina is an “inaccessible island”.
