Just imagine if this was a story about a Democrat.
Just imagine if a democrat threw out an established rule to alter the power on the most powerful court in the land and then DENIED in VIOLATION of his constitutional duties a hearing to the elected president's nominee.
He is also guilty of working with our ENEMY to steal an election, he is a TRAITOR.
Oh, and I forgot when he THREATENED our president that if he told the truth about our enemy invading us and attacking us he, McConnell would say it was not true, he would LIE but then that is his job since he works for the RUSSIANS. Treason is a crime.

(57,393 posts)That's a small distinction, I know, but still a necessity in our legal system.
Oh, and a trial too. And a conviction.
Best wishes.

(37,748 posts)Perhaps the distinction merely lies within the difference between a sentiment expressed and the full force of a country's judicial system.
I see those as two, wholly separate constructs, with the obvious and rational reading of the OP as simply sentiment (as most DU posters are unable to bring an indictment on someone in of themselves)... regardless of wishes.
But I understand that we often miss the obvious when attempting to advertise how clever we wish we were.

Since we pay many prisoners a pittance for making license plates, perhaps $0.10 per chapter of mea culpa books - after review by real academics..

(31,109 posts)suspicion they did something, they did but even worse.
In my case it is business and I finally realized that I cant ever believe anything they say, ever. And the worst part is the people they talk to they only know about YOU what that liar tells them, so entire groups of people who only know you thru what a con tells them believe shit that is not true.
If I told you what they did, including the RELATIVES...sigh
