5. Doubtful. The agreement is pretty specific.

It seems that Mr. Manafort loses everything if he 1) does not fully cooperate with any and all requests of the government, and/or 2) is untruthful with any statement from this point forward.

Plus he loses all of his forfeited assets regardless of how this moves forward (four properties and three bank accounts).

8. Trump can't resign

If Trump resigns he can be indicted. His only protection is remaining president. Hopefully Mueller will indict his children, Pence and Trump all at once so that Pence can't pardon Trump. Better throw in Paul Ryan too at the same time if he's the one who would become president after Pence.
