10 grams of weed ain’t much, and the victim had a very good job. And, even if he were a fulltime dealer, that’s no reason to him.

I think the shooter might have made a mistake regarding her apartment. Coming home to a new apartment after a 15 hour day, could account for the error. I’m sure police can sort that out from evidence, though.

Assuming that part is confirmed, you are still stuck with someone shooting an unarmed man. If it happened like that, we are stuck with someone shooting an unarmed man in a tragic mistake. I don’t know how we let her off.

If she told a material lie to cover up a mistake (again, assuming it was a mistake), it makes it easier to throw the book at her.
