I also have a step-son in the army. A major who is the sweetest 43year old "kid" you ever want to meet.

that in addition to the people in the armed forces being "not all white supremacists," most are not.

In nearly thirty years of military service, I met a lot of politically conservative folks. However, I did not met anyone that was openly racist. To be openly racist would be the end of a military career. I'm sure that there are some white supremacists in the military. I suspect that the percentage of such folks in the military is less than in the general population.
