Texas Border Patrol agent accused of "serial killing spree" in Laredo?

Maybe if Ortiz is convicted, the Dotard will give him a medal.

Trump will probably connect the agent's hispanic name with MS13, and insinuate that he infiltrated the Border Patrol.

Then to fix the problem he will suggest or order that all hispanics be kicked off the Border Patrol.
