3. I don't know how many times it has to be said, by me and

several others here that the FBI has no jurisdiction on non federal crimes, this is a state crime allegation, the state or local authorities have to initiate an investigation.

Furthermore, the FBI cannot re-open the BGC without the blessing of the WH, which we all know that the infant idiot is not going to authorize.
