So much respect for Charles Blow

He spoke very openly and passionately about his own childhood sexual abuse. That took guts. He also talked about it in his book, he said. This was on Cuomo's CNN show.

His overarching point was that the Republicans need to slow down and consider Dr. Ford's needs carefully.

Mr. Blow is an exceptional writer and I've found that I don't disagree with him on anything except minutia.

Republicans won't listen to reason, however. They'll push Kavanaugh through. They've all been corrupted by the Russian financial and digital influence. They need to pack the SCOTUS.

It's a difficult time for our democracy.

I also agree that the Republicans will vote to approve Kavanaugh no matter what Dr. Ford says. Sad to say, Roe v. Wade may be history in 2019 along with other important precedents.
