...who doesn't carry a pregnancy to term in a "pro-life" environment is going to get a visit from law enforcement, as well as her doctor. Any doctor whose patients have a suspiciously high rate of failed pregnancies will probably be forced out of the profession. You can say goodbye to docs who specialize in problem pregnancies. They'll go practice in Belgium.
