to disenfranchise student voters...minimizing polling places, making them hard to access, adding burdensome requirements to the voting process. Anyone voting should verify their registration status immediately to ensure their registration has not been purged for some arcane reason (a typical red-state method of disenfranchisement). This vote is important.

At my daughter's orientation last month, they had booths set up to register kids to vote and show them how to vote absentee if they were already registered somewhere else.
