Ford/Kavanaugh and GOTV
Reading tea leaves here but this whole thing could have a big GOTV effect.
Kavanaugh is a political operative and they all know it but they can't drop him now. They are determined to push him through and probably will.
If they fail it could really effect THEIR turn out but this whole thing, especially how they've treated Ford, could be the last best GOTV element the Dems need. Look at the sudden involvement and election of women after Clarence Thomas was shoved through.
