How about this. Mueller presents his report to Rosenstein, secretly,

on Friday, November 2. Then 1 minute after the polls close in Hawaii, Rosenstein presents the report to the judiciary commitee.... All of it. (Can he do that? Or does he have to present it just to Grassley?).

Whadda ya think? Possible?

P.S. Nov 2 gives Rosenstein time to "officially" process the report before passing it on in a way the Democratic members of congress are sure to see it. With no time for Trump to fire him after the polls close before he has accomplished this service to the country.

Rosenstein makes the call what to do with it. Remember that this isn't an Independent Counsel, but a Special Prosecutor.
