According to news reports it is in Montgomery County Maryland - no statue of limitations

it depends on the statute of limitations in effect at the time of the offense.

my understanding is that maryland's statute of limitations wasn't always this way, so there are only a few specific crimes that could he could still be charged with. i believe kidnapping is among them.

No one went to Georgetown Law Schoool among these people. Kavanaugh went to Yale Law School. He went to high school at Georgetown Prep School.
