Now, where have I seen that face before? Oh, yeah, right...

On one hand, I feel so bad for the wives being hauled out in front of the world like this. On the other hand, I'd have kicked his sorry ass to the curb and told him to face them himself. But that's just me.

(9,929 posts)Nor does it mean he was not the young man that exposed himself as a crude joke to an intoxicated female at college. Actually such behavior is probably not atypical of a young inexperienced male virgin being egged on by his male peers. This does not make it right, and the females involved being potentially traumatized probably never entered his, nor his friends, minds. It was all in good fun from the male perspective. From the female perspective it is at least sexual harassment and I would say pinning someone down on a bed qualifies as assault, though I might be incorrect.
Once again, if Kavanaugh admitted to adolescent inappropriate behavior he deeply regrets, instead of trying to have the public believe he was always 100% removed from such actions while palling around with his friend Judge that bragged about such things, I could see some people forgive him. Instead he denies EVER being in such a position but still loves to joke that "what happens in Georgetown Prep, stays in Georgetown Prep..." with his buddies.

(11,323 posts)I'm sure such a grand virtue makes him holy enough to have the power to dictate an entire nation's set of individual rights and morals.
The fucking irony that ALOT of women, children, and some men DID NOT GET A SAY as to when they "LOST" THEIR VIRGINITY.
So glad he had the luxury of CHOICE over his body.
(I'm honestly glad he never suffered sexual assault, as I wish that on no one)
Now, sir, CHOOSE to shut the fuck up. You are not a man of honor, truth, and dignity deserving of such a powerful position.

Shouldn't someone who doesn't know what sex is be on the Supreme Court?
