Avanatti seemed a bit strident on Rachel last night. His afternoon hearing

in California didn't go so well. Seems as though the judge may be inclined to dismiss the defimation charges against tRump.

Yes I know that this has nothing to do with Kavanaugh, but we need a win. And I don't mean elections, I mean a double whammy win....one that directly kicks McConnall in his balls AND the next punch, in Nov.

Kavanaugh is a huge test for Avanatti and I have no earthly idea the best way to proceed.
Except that if it falls flat, it will be severely demoralizing for women voters everywhere.

Rachel intro implied there had been some issue getting his remote working. A common prob doing live remotes. I suspect there was some sound or feedback issue the way he was speaking. He was also talking faster than usual, maybe short on time from starting late.

A U.S. Mint employee, who is HIGHLY credible, with witnesses who can corroborate her story. This is going to launch Avenatti's political career in his run for President in 2020. He's gonna run... and if he take these mofo's down, he'll certainly get a look from me!!

Not much at this point, really

Last week he irked me. He was publicly trying to tell Dr Ford what to do.

Dr Ford has her own legal advisors, and what do you know, they ignored him

He was obviously trying to ride on her coattails for publicity

The Republicans are more obnoxious than usual today. The timing/teasing that seemed to be in his/her favor may not be so positive now. The tide is, unfortunately, turning...or so it seems. I truly hope I'm wrong.
