From what I recall, I learned of this in a random observation on a brief TYT clip, where Cenk was noting how The Groping Dotard has been under the mistaken belief that tariffs are paid for by the exporting country !

I mean, huh ? WTF ?!!

Apparently, The Orange Menace DIDN'T REALIZE AMERICANS WOULD BE PAYING THE TARIFFS !!!

According to Cenk, Groper Don the Con revealed this inane misconception he has in a recent boast where he blathering on about how "the tariffs are working, the Chinese have already paid us over TWO BILLION dollars in tariffs."

It seems to me that this revelation should have shocked our whole fucking Nation, into a spasm of outrage and double-facepalming.

But I've seen nothing more about this.

Are we all really that gas-lit and inured to it all now ?
