I hope that if trump places people in key positions so that he gets out of Mueller's investigation,

the evidence compiled could be used by state and local governments to charge him when he is out of office.

He may be the only ex-president spending his retirement in jail.

That is the hope I am hanging on to these days.

the first time yet.

I think trump will end the Mueller investigation without any report given to Congress.

And the SCOTUS will let him skate because he is in office.

But the work done by Mueller will be available to future investigators.
