(20,018 posts)*THE GRAND BARGAIN* This (below) is what the entire Trump-Russia investigation is now about. Please share this image widely, as it will be *the* crucial information in the months ahead, now that Prince and Nader's cover is wholly blown. More on all of this in PROOF OF COLLUSION.

PS2/ The author of this doc is me. And if I'm not laying out all the sources here on Twitter it's because {checks page-count of PROOF OF COLLUSION} that takes 450 pages and 1,645 endnotes. Also, you should know it gets *worse* from the document abovenot better. This is not all.

(10,130 posts)And what does McConnell have to say about that - does he remember that per the Constitution the US Senate has to ratify treaties? Of does he get a piece of the action?

Triron, where has Abramson posted his 450-page document with all the names and other data that can be checked? I am at leas tcurious to know if this document exists. Just a link would be best, shouldn't bring it here until/if it has been checked by someone capable and found to conform to the terms of service.

(56,828 posts)on a lot of the Trump Russia issues. His book is coming out in a little over a month, so he's promoting it now - not sure if the notes are posted anywhere online yet, but he does get a lot of news from overseas sources.

(58,785 posts)the curve. Where he's posted truth, I've either already already read it myself or been able to google and find it already out there. It's not because of my secret contacts or crystal ball, it's from the same sources I presume he's getting the information he claims only he knows from.
Then we get into his conspiracy theories. I confess I'm on second-hand ground there. I don't read anything longer than a single tweet from him, like this, so, knowing where he's coming from, I let others evaluate the stuff he's pushing. They tend to report their results in articles about the influence or psychology, or whatever, of sources like this from various disciplinary viewpoints.
If you're really interested in what these nations are up to, may I suggest something as simple as signing up for Foreign Policy's free email as a first step? It contains links to articles that would otherwise be only available to subscribers. It's hardly the end source of all knowledge, and many authors present conflicting viewpoints, but you'll be amazed at how much is being discussed (right out in the open!) in thoughtful media like this that never makes it to cable political chat. Not secret, just available to those who are interested enough to check a couple of favorites among literally hundreds of journals for professionals and others who want to understand.

The incident of Trump first gesturing to Putin, then leaving his seat and going to sit next to Putin and having a long talk was well covered.
https://m.
What wasnt reported on (at least as far as I can tell) was that immediately before Trump started gesturing, he had been in an animated conversation with the Saudi representative.
I stumbled onto that part of the video back at the time and always thought it odd that this wasnt reported more extensively.

(53,061 posts)Trump (and Putin) are against all things multilateral. NATO, TPP, Western alliance, WTO etc
Trump is so against multilateral agreements that he fucked up a renegotiation of NAFTA which he could have completed because he refused to negotiate with Mexico and Canada at the same time.
Now we are to believe that both Putin and Trump go against their MO which is sunk in cement to come up with a "Grand Bargain" that includes 5 different countries with cross purposes.
The $ 1 Billion to Trump is similarly quite ridiculous.
If the sanctions are lifted there are contracts for resource exploration in Russia worth approximately $ 800 billion dollars that will be available on day one. In Seth's own tweet he is saying that Russia gets 1 trillion and Trump settles for 1 billion.
The standard payoff for an action like this is 3-5%. Trump has his eyes on between$ 20 and 40 billion.
The idea that Putin and Trump are going to engineer the greatest criminal conspiracy in world history and then cut in some other countries so it can all come out in the was is quite absurd.
Oh and who is the original source for this? Seth Abramson is quoting himself with no underlying facts or documentation.
Sometimes Abramson is really quite pathetic.

(20,592 posts)Ok. I'm not buying. It all sounds like the same gangster bull-crap frump is capable of. But I would get excited if there were irrefutable evidence. Right now, from where I sit, it seems to be speculation.
