outside a bedroom where a girl was being raped.
She states she was gang raped at a house party where Brett Kavanaugh was present.
If you aid and abet a rape, you are a rapist. Just like the guy who drives the getaway car from a bank robbery is a bank robber.

(12,265 posts)your career if you didn't "go along". I'm not defending it, just trying to explain it. What pisses me off is that we live in a man's world and are expected to play by their games but when we do, we pay dearly for it. I am hoping all three of these women are strong stock, this will get ugly. They are taking on the biggest old boys network in the world.

(10,952 posts)Ms. Swetnick really need to consider insisting upon filing a criminal complaint. It will be hard for the Rethugs in Congress to support Kavanaugh if he actually faces criminal charges.

(33,310 posts)It wasn't common, but it wasn't unheard of. My wife tells stories of this occurring at parties in the 70s.
I never saw anything like this, but I'm not a drunken, privileged, sexist fratboy asshole. I was called a faggot by those guys.
