...even if convicted of a crime. And impeachment would require a Senate supermajority, meaning wed need a bunch of Republicans to join. Which they wont, especially if Democrats control the Senate. Bottom line: if Kavanaugh gets confirmed, hell be part of a right-wing stranglehold on the Court for a generation or more even if hes doing it from prison.
