Just because no one came forth doesn't mean he's not a rapist, attempted rapist or sexual assaulter.

There is an way to identify them... if they are Rethugs, then there is a 99.9% chance that they are guilty of at least one of the above in their life.

But there are not. My point is that if the Republican idea that women just made up charges randomly were true, then why did nobody make them up against Gorsuch?

I don't know their states like they do but try this on...

"Let's step back guys, I voted against Kavanaugh because there are a lot of unanswered questions about his drinking, gambling, and treatment of women...up to and possibly including sexual assault and rape.

Now we don't now and unfortunately, Mr. McConnell forced me to make a decision before we could get help knowing. So there you have it.

In the past 12 months I voted for a strongly conservative judge who, by the way, went through the same environment as Judge Kavanaugh, and there wasn't even the slighest wiff of question raised about Neil Gorsuch's personal behavior at any point in his life. Not so with Judge Kavanaugh.

That's why I voted for Gorsuch and that's why I voted against Kavanaugh. And I am clear...give me a judge of outstanding character and I'll spend all day looking at their judicial abilities - independent of their implied politics. But this, it's a bridge too far."

That's why they get to vote no on Kavanaugh, because they can personalize to the daughters, sisters, and wives of their constituents.

for forcing a vote early. They are going to have 2 women who have provided sworn testimony under penalty of perjury saying they were assaulted by this guy.

"Either they committed perjury or he committed assault. That is serious either way and anyone expected to vote to give a lifetime appointment ought to have all the facts before voting to give a lifetime appointment. If McConnell demands a vote before all the facts are in, well what does he expect, that we shirk our duties to the Constitution and the American People?"

It might not work quite as well as it could for red-state Dems, but it is better than taking all the "blame" upon oneself. If they vote yes, then they own the risk of doing so entirely.

First sentence of your second paragraph I would change slightly to:

"Either they committed perjury or he committed assault and perjury."

CNN Trumpanzee Caputo lost his cool on Anderson Cooper's show tonight, claiming this kind of smear of Kavanaugh is "what Democrats do," that it's their MO, at which time another guest asked him if that's what Democrats do then why didn't they do that with Gorsuch, Roberts, or Alito. He mumbled.
