Did anyone bother to tell Rachel Mitchell that she's supposed to be on the GOP's side?
Because she doesn't seem to realize it.
The guys on the GOP side of the Judiciary Committee must be ready to explode.

1. It seems that someone must be passing her notes
and she shifts gears the next go-around to go on the attack.

7. I suspect that each Senator gave her the questions they want asked
And she's trying to ask those questions in the five minutes that would have been allotted to them. But having an outside person do it just ends up sounding disjointed and of little effect.
I would LOVE to know what Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham are thinking right now. I think that bringing in Ms. Mitchell to do the questioning will go down as one of the all-time stupidest, most impactful blunder in Committee history. People all over the country are watching a calm rational female walking a very credible, sympathetic witness through extremely difficult testimony - and not doing a thing to shake her believability or dignity. Not what the Grassley and the boys had in mind. |

13. I expect they did give her some questions
But then since she is acting as if she is prosecuting, she might have dumped some of the most egregious questions.
IMHO, I think "the guys" are wishing this nightmare were over but too bad. Someone posted that Drumpf is having a fit. |

2. All she did was bolster Dr. Ford's credibility.
The only thing that Mitchell has accomplished is make Dr. Ford demonstrate how sincere and believable she is.

3. A crazy notion
But Ms. Mitchell may be letting her professionalism get ahead of her partisanship. That would be a very bad development for Judge Kreepazoid.

14. I had the same thought.
She's being completely neutral, which, in theory, she should be.

But in her defense she is on a fool’s errand. The witness is compelling and convincing.

9. Ms. Mitchell is smart enough to know what she's in for...
I'm guessing she knows the Republicans are going to crash and burm. and she wants to be able to say she kept the interview professional.

12. Fox is still losing its mind and blaming her. They know Dr.Ford is credible.
I can’t watch them much butvwhen they can’t spin you know you’ve got something.
