Apparently fitness for the Supreme Court is based on how good a show you can put on

At lunch, everyone seemed to think Kavanaugh was done for. I certainly did, and all seemed right with the world.

But then Kavanaugh put on a show of righteous indignation, Lindsey Graham did the same, and now the smart betting seems to be that he will be confirmed.

I think I'm going to have a drink.
