What good does it do to say "He shouldn't have been driving drunk!" to the
parents of the child the driver ran over and killed?
What good does it do to tell a young black man that "driving while black" is not a crime when he's been pulled over, interrogated and delayed while his car is searched once a month for the last year?
What good does it do to explain to a poor man how liberal policies would make life better for him and his family if his immediate response is "You just want to take my guns and open the borders to foreigners!"
Things are NOT the way they "ought to be" and it does no one any good to expect that others behave as though they are.
Hillary Clinton "ought' to be POTUS.
Democrats "ought" to have a majority in both houses of Congress.
All adult citizen's "ought" to have a guaranteed right to vote.
Finally, Merrick Garland "ought" to now be "Justice" Garland.
It is up to good people---like us---to make the way things ARE the way things OUGHT to be. The necessary changes will take years, if not decades, and new problems will arise even as old ones are solved. It will take constant vigilance and unflagging persistence and success is far from assured.
Choose the red pill.
