Would I be misguided thinking Kennedy may

Not vote for kavanaugh?

I watched the entire process Kennedy seemed to ask or want more clarity at times. Then his straight forward swear to god where kavanaugh at first seemed to him haw at him. Hmm wishful thinking?

It was almost like a set up for his other repug senators that might be waffling - see, he just said he swears to God he didn't do it, we have to believe him, we have to confirm him, how can we go against God?
