If he pisses on half the country with his decision to vote YES on Kavanaugh, he should expect some people to be upset. Rape, Attempted Rape and sexual assault are a helluva lot more important than Flake's feelings.

Just a guess.

Sen. Flake was confronted earlier today when he was trying to skedaddle on the Senators and Staff Only elevator. Two women tag-teamed him about his disgusting decision to support Judge Kreepazoid. Two of his (presumed) staffers, both women, were on the elevator with him. The blonde on the right stood there stone-faced staring straight ahead the entire time. The brunette in the middle tried to ignore what was going on right in front of her, but eventually sidled behind the blonde in a vain attempt to hide her identity.

Flake, meanwhile, after initially protesting that he "had to go," spent the rest of the time staring at his shoe tips, nodding a little as if to say, "Yup, you've got it 100% right, ladies. I don't care about sexual assault and you and your stories mean nothing to me."

It makes sense to let the entire Senate vote. Anyway, McConnell said he was going to the floor for a vote, no matter if he was defeated in Committee...

Didn't one Repub Senator vote to proceed to the final vote on ACA and then vote against it? McCain?
