Freaking Graham is speaking right now; he says Flake is asking for a week delay to investigate?

Also wondering if Flake is feeling guilty all of a sudden?

"Senate panel backs Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh in a party-line 11 to 10 vote".

And then obviously THAT was wrong because they never put up any article after that.

I can't see the abhorrent Orange thing doing this. Nevermind crummy Mitch and ludicrous Linsey.

to include/research additional info. I suppose Drumpf could order the DOJ not to comply but then that may mean his nominee doesn't get confirmed because Senators from his party will not proceed unless this is done.

This is not something "separate" as an "investigation" (just as a sidenote).

I also think Grassley has the power to request a new investigation into the new information. It is my understanding that reopening the background check is the quickest and easiest way to go, minus the Trump side of the equation.

So Flake’s vote has limited impact there. Who knows what happened afterward. Perhaps some cover for Murkowski and Collins after Donnelly, Tester said they were “No’s.”
