Gotta have a pre-emptive cover. I'm betting some States won't count votes due to his exaggerated claims of "Chinese interference". This is the way they operate. A China excuse for losers, calendar excuse for Kav.

Dems on the Hill need to be a bit closed mouthed until mid-terms.
