Parkland victim's father to Kavanaugh: 'Your life and family are not ruined'

Judge Kavanaugh, I listened to you talk of your life being ruined. It is not. I listened to you turn yourself into a victim. You are not. What today showed is that you clearly are a partisan and do not have the temperament for the court. Even worse, you are just a bad person.

"Try having a child murdered by a weapon that you refer to as 'common use.' You will get through this and hug both of your children tonight."

Earlier this month, Guttenberg was rebuffed by Kavanaugh during his first day of Senate confirmation hearings to the Supreme Court.

At the time, Guttenberg tweeted that he put his hand out to introduce himself, but Kavanaugh "pulled his hand back, turned his back to me and walked away."

The photo you posted shows Kavanaugh looking at Guttenberg and not extending his hand. It reveals the insult more starkly. The photo in the OP doesn't show that Kavanaugh -knew- Guttenberg extended a hand. It does not reveal that eye contact was made.

I've been thinking that maybe Kavanaugh wasn't only spouting the party line for the satisfaction of the Fox Cultists when he yelled about the Clintons. That part of his rant may also be due to a guilty conscience. There's an expression I haven't heard since probably the early 60s that popped into my head after about the 3rd time I listened to the screeching: Nobody's as goosey as a gooser.

Goosing is suddenly pinching someone on the butt by surprise. (Geese can pinch a blood blister on you when they bite). That was a funny fad when I was in elementary school. It resulted in people being a little jumpy and looking over their shoulder in the hall. The worst perpetrators were, of course, the most nervous about being the next victim.

Kavanaugh is well aware of how far he pushed things regarding Bill Clinton. He expects Democrats to be as vicious and petty as he was.
