And possible death, might grow him a conscience.

I'm not holding my breath. My hunch is he will lie and deny. Would be nice if I'm wrong.

and it is possible that he may want to get this weight off his shoulders. He could go either way. Screw us over or save the day.

7. I think he knew she wasn't drunk enough for them to get away with going any further

because she was fighting back, trying to scream and looking him in the eye so he knew she was not an easy victim compared to other women that they had taken advantage of who were too drunk to understand what was happening

...I feel like many did fight back but acquiesced out of fear. I think that they had a habit of actually following through with violent drunken rapes in order to silence their victims, because these are high caliber schools with a culture where the woman was blamed for seducing the poor man.

Even if that wasn't his intention, that could be a defense that gives him cover.

I think he's involved with the Alt-right people. He has many articles that he wrote for American Spectator magazine.I don't trust him but I hope the FBI can get some useful info from him.I think all his lies are going to be his undoing.

I think his whole Wasted book was his alibi for every lousy thing he ever did while drunk. He can say he blacked out much of his youth and just doesn’t remember. He is never going to tell the truth. He writes a book but doesn’t apologize, not even in general, to people he has hurt. Not a truthful person.

BTW he called a classmate, who was a victim of sexual abuse by a priest at Georgetown Prep, a liar. When the priest admitted to his crimes, Judge said that victim had it coming because he was gay.

The f’d up is deep with this bunch of thugs.

He's nothing but a loser. He may have that exposed a bit in public, but the train has left the station on that one. He's unreliable to either side.

If anything. Or maybe that was the first time they tried it and Judge might not have been fully on board yet. Judge seems like the B male or the wingman type. All the things he did probably contributed to his alcoholism.

I hope he tells the truth. He can bring down Kav

he won't rat out his bud. He just wants to avoid a public spectacle about what a failure his life has been.

because he knows his life has been a mess, and he'd rather not have that in a public hearing. He's not going to flip on Kavanaugh. Besides, with his addiction (probably alcoholism) he'd be an unreliable witness for either side.

I don't think he was planning to elevate Kavanaugh to the SCOTUS by jumping on the bed. I just think it was assholish rough-housing on his part that happened to have freeing Dr. Ford as a side effect.

"In a post in 2015 for the film site Splice Today, Judge wrote that "it's a good thing that feminism is teaching young men that no means no and yes means yes. But there’s also that ambiguous middle ground, where the woman seems interested and indicates, whether verbally or not, that the man needs to prove himself to her. And if that man is any kind of man, he’ll allow himself to feel the awesome power, the wonderful beauty, of uncontrollable male passion.""

2013: "Judge wrote that Michelle Obama, "with her love of violent movies, her fixation on fitness, and death glare that appears when she doesn’t like what she’s hearing, Michelle is actually more man than her husband."

"Oh for the days when president George W. Bush gave his wife Laura a loving but firm pat on the backside in public," Judge wrote. "The man knew who was boss.""

"Barack Obama doesn't have just a streak of the feminine in him; he seems to be a woman, and a feminist one at that, with a streak of man in him."
