I'll go out on a limb: Trump's best chance of surviving the 2020 election would
involve a well-financed third party or "independent" candidate. We will need to trust each other enough to be educated as to who is "us" and who is "them" and choose candidates who can appeal to a spectrum, not a segment.
I suppose I need to add that this is not intended as a veiled swipe at any Democratic faction. I just think we need to prepare for the shitstorm on the horizon.
