Was Kavanaugh drinking before his last Senate hearing?

Whether or not the FBI finds anything in their investigation, most people saw enough to disqualify Brett Kavanaugh from being on the Supreme Court. He was hyper-partisan, conspiratorial, belligerent, rude, totally unprofessional.

He appeared to have a severe drinking problem. But, from all accounts, Republicans are still ready to put him on the Supreme Court.

I don't know too much about alcoholics, but is that the way it is with them? Like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde? Sober as a judge when not drinking, and unhinged when they are? Seems like a classic case.

I think he drank before he showed up. You know, so he could fortify himself for the “ordeal”.

I suspect there was booze in the water bottles he blasted through in a short time... the way he used his tongue and his vacillating emotional state, the accusatory looks and the way he gloated at the Democrats when a Repug was berating them... It was every move he made that was so telling, he was acting like he was having a serious argument with a despised barfly like one barfly to another. He acted as though everyone else there was a drunk too but couldn't be honest about it like he was (in his mind).

Cocaine is supposed to make a drunk person more alert-- for important things, such as senate hearings. We all watched his nose. It was a dead giveaway.
