And hat stands and still are all over the downtown and Festival area on sale since Thursday. I don't know the price I didn't check. It reminds me of a Rock Concert selling Trump souvenirs before and during intermission of the Show. Probably also inside Area during rally. It's set to start at 7pm about a half hour from now. Also lots of Anti Trump protesters in Downtown Wheeling and near the Wheeling Civic Center.

12. I noticed a good many of the people selling MAGA hats

and shit were black WTF. Rode the bike trail this morning had to detour thru town to get around
the Wesbanco arena. Plus a few hundred people for the heart walk on the trail, the ride was a pain in the butt
today.
