This Atlantic article is really good.

A Supreme Court Case Could Liberate Trump to Pardon His Associates
Gamble v. United States isn’t related to the Russia investigation. But the outcome—which one senior Republican senator has tried to influence—could still have consequences for the probe.

snip...

If Trump were to shut down the investigation or pardon his associates, “the escape hatch, then, is for cases to be farmed out or picked up by state-level attorneys general, who cannot be shut down by Trump and who generally—but with some existing limits—can charge state crimes even after a federal pardon,” explained Elie Honig, a former assistant U.S. attorney in New Jersey. “If Hatch gets his way, however, a federal pardon would essentially block a subsequent state-level prosecution.”

Gamble v US may have unintended consequences.

Consequences that will affect Trump voters in a negative way.

It it goes through, better check your bank accounts and brokerage accounts often.

Mortgage crisis. To go signs, Toys R Us collapse etc.

Like Sachs & Bain Cap., partnership in racketeering. The private courts rip off estates (ever hear of Actor Estate); and guardianships.

People reach out to me, every day, for help, including current cases where their mortgage is being taken away - illegally.

And, don't get me started on how FINRA protects the unscrupulous (purported financial advisors) who rip off people's life savings, without remorse or relent; because victims are forced to arbitrate through FINRA.

Then there's the facts that I've been fighting Sachs, Bain/ Mitt and their gangs organized crimes, for 18 years; and - despite my getting confessions - the courts state they don't care.

________

Of course, it could get worse -

But it's already bad enough 😡😠😡

It would be a shame, but it would also be more efficient. Let Mueller feed info to the states, have them sue, and put him away till he dies a bald, transparently white, old man.
